Subsidized Meat for KJP Holder in W. Jakarta Sold Out

The city administration once again sell subsidized meat or 10.3 tons of beef and chicken meat for Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) holder in West Jakarta. No wonder, local citizens are enthused and sold out.

Head of Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept, Darjamuni disclosed that meat sale today is opened for KJP holder at elementary until senior high school level. Considering, during meat sale in East Jakarta, it could only absorb 85 percent of 9 tons that have been provided.

"Today, we provide 10.3 tons of beef and chicken meat. Most in demand is beef here," he expressed, Tuesday (6/28).

Satpol PP Ready to Secure Subsidized Meat Distribution

She continued, similar activity will be done today in six sub-district offices. If the leftover meat is not distributed, it would be resold to students who have not bought when entering the new school.

"We're reviewing where the meat sale will be re-extended when entering school. But it is focused on those who have not bought, we will do evaluation first," he finished.
